The best post of the week wins a bottle of 2004 Chateau Cos d’Estournel, St. Estephe, 1999 Dom Perignon Champagne or 2005 Chateau Branaire Ducru St. Julien .

Hey Julie – I can’t begin to tell you how many undrinkable bottles I’ve dumped. As to returning the bottle – if I purchased it myself, I’ll return it. If it was a gift, I just quietly get rid of it. As to cooking with it, if it’s not good enough to drink, I don’t want it in my food either!
